Clickbait article title, I know, so forgive me.
Sparks police arrested a felon concealing a shotgun and two pistols in the Walmart on Pyramid Way. The felon, Joe Elton Mosley, additionally had a "tactical vest" with shotgun shells on it underneath his coat. Evidently, Mosley wasn't concealing very well if someone saw it.
Mosley was arrested for concealed carry without a permit and being a prohibited person (felon) in possession of firearms. Under Nevada law, you cannot legally conceal a shotgun (handguns only). There is no word if he was planning to commit a robbery or other violence.
How's that ban on open carry working out for you, Walmart?
