In the early hours of Thanksgiving, five people were shot in a random shooting spree in Henderson. One was killed and four injured. Police issued this chilling statement:

It appears that two psychopaths were driving around shooting people for fun. Among all the scenarios in which an armed citizen prepares for, this is among the most frightening.

This comes several weeks after 4 people were killed in a gun battle in a Henderson apartment complex on Election Day. In that shooting, the suspect was killed by police. 

Stay strapped and practice often. Carry high capacity magazines and make use of cover. There are some sick f---kers out there.

Facebook gave a thirty day ban to the one admin who does most of the blog posting (and the editor here forgot his password because he don't use Facebook). What offended them? Something about Free Kyle. We know the story; the leftist censors are angry that anyone dare support the right to self-defense and resisting a communist uprising.

So you all of you in Menlo Park, screw you! We have a blog, a website, and a newsletter. We don't need you. 

Although we will admit it is difficult to get eyeballs off social media and on to the blog. This makes it difficult to communicate because people find it easier to go to Facebook as a one-stop shop for their grassroots political info.

With industrial censorship running rampant, bookmark this website and the blog. Have alternatives to social media. Join the newsletter (which we will only use in emergencies).

Are we going to MeWe? No. Facebook has been a place to disseminate information and the group's purpose was mainly to facilitate discussion. The website and the blog have always been primary. So again, if you only follow us on social media, break that habit and go to the website. Check the blog, especially next year when the Legislative session begins. 

Should the communist coup succeed, there is no reason believe that the incoming administration won't do everything they can to ban modern firearms. We may not see an assault weapons ban right away, but you can bet the ATF has a reclassification of AR pistol braces waiting in the wings, ready to drop as a fait accompli as the bump fire stock ban. 

From here on out, the "boating accident" meme where you lost your guns isn't going to float. A regime truly bent on confiscating firearms will not be satisfied with excuses until they track down each one that you have or make you pay for your lies. Giving up some red herring guns to get them to leave the rest of your collection alone is like telling the wolf "eat me last." 

If a new American government attempts to "buyback" guns or confiscate them Australia-style, it will be an act that is totally ill-legitimate under the Constitution and the inherent rights of man. Should the Constitution be amended to eliminate or nullify the Second Amendment, the social contract with government on guns is over. Even a packed Supreme Court ruling could have the same effect. It is clear that the founding fathers intended for the average person to have the means to overthrow totalitarian government.

Our attitude must become one of non-compliance and resistance (hard and soft). Don't turn your stuff in, because if you do, all it will take is a simple knock at the door to take you away for your past wrongthink. Every time guns were taken away by totalitarians, governments did bad things. We're on the cusp of seeing that in the formerly democratic countries. 

How you choose to resist is an individual choice and not one to be taken lightly. I do know that we must stand firm together and provide a large, uniform resistance that is too powerful to stop. They can't get everyone and non-compliance in the face of obviously immoral laws and regulations will delegitimize the mission in the minds of many people; cops, politicians, and civilians.

No more joking about boating accidents. Come and take them needs to be our mantra.

As Yogi Berra said, it ain't over 'til it's over. The voter fraud is plain to see and runs deep. If the lawyers can get it together, SCOTUS might give us hope. So we're not despairing...yet. 

However, there is an example from history. In 1982, the Argentinians invaded the Falkland Islands. The small garrison of basically a platoon (double strength at the time) and the reserve defense forces (allegedly armed with Lee-Enfields) were all that stood in the way of the Argentinians. Whitehall send a message to Governor Rex Hunt advising the invasion was imminent on the eve of the attack, with the proviso: "make your dispositions accordingly."

We may be behind and facing superior forces, yet we shall prevail in the end. That road may be tough, so at this time, make your dispositions accordingly.

Rumor intelligence is that the suspect may have been shooting at Trump supporters, but who knows about that. Police have not, as of this writing, released a motive.

Henderson Police are reporting an officer involved shooting today in the area of Stephanie and Wigwam. Northbound Stephanie was closed to traffic as of 2 PM. The apartment complex in question appears to be the Douglas at Stonelake, which overlooks Cornerstone Park.

Video posted on Twitter shows an armored car in the parking lot and what appears to be grainy movements of SWAT team officers on the stairwell. In the background, very faintly police can be heard announcing: "Occupant xxxx, of step away from the front door," several times before an explosion occurs. It appears police made an explosive breach into the apartment. Police have not released details but this appears it was related to a warrant service of some kind.
