Governor's Mask Directive UPDATE: Law enforcement confirms okay to wear mask and carry a gun Effective Friday, 6/26, it will be mandatory for Nevada's to wear masks when in public, thanks to rising infections of COVID-19. Excuse me "face coverings." Face coverings should be worn at all times in the following circumstances:
It remains to be seen if the order is enforceable, but I'm sure police have bigger things to worry about and after the last few weeks' events, I don't think they care. The worst thing that can you can be trespassed from the business if you refuse to leave or mask up. Is it illegal to wear masks while armed in Nevada? It is not. It is perfectly legal to carry a firearm, openly or concealed, while masked. Nevada has no "armed criminal action" statute. While there is a certain logic to wearing masks to prevent the spread of disease, the government and science/medicine has done nothing to establish credibility. Play their game against them: wear a mask that makes a statement about freedom. Comments are closed.
