F*** China

China is why we are in isolation, why the economy is tanking, and why potentially millions of Americans will die. This Christmas, many kids may not have grandparents because of a Communist nation with a culture of corruption.

We are where we are today because of China's "shoot the messenger" culture, endemic to Communist and totalitarian regimes, where bad news doesn't get passed up. Instead of telling the truth, spreading info about a pandemic, and warning the world months earlier, they lied and covered up. Perhaps if China had been open and honest everyone could have gotten a handle on this like SARS.

Now China is continuing to lie and even spreading propaganda that the US Army spread the virus. I'm not excusing the failure of the West to react in time to isolate China and contain the spread--that was a major screw-up--but China could have stopped this in its tracks. Instead, that diseased country continued to let potentially infected people leave. 

This is like Chernobyl if the situation wasn't brought under control. If the Soviet Union poisoned half of Europe for a century, there would have been hell to pay. China will feel major repercussion from this virus. They are already now a pariah and will continue to be one. Manufacturing will leave. The Chinese people will trust their government even less and some sort of revolution, or brutal repression, will happen.

American businesses better learn their lessons after all this cucking to China. ​The world will turn their backs on them as devastated businesses seek to shorten their supply chains.
